The sample briefing uses fictional information. It does not connect to a customer database, identify a yacht owner, send a notification, or perform live research.

Meeting requests

When you submit a meeting request, SAIL stores the email address or mobile number you provide, along with your name, company, preferred time and the date of your request. We use these details to respond, arrange the meeting and discuss your inquiry. Submitting a request does not book a confirmed appointment.

The site may keep a temporary random request identifier and a fingerprint in this browser tab to prevent duplicate retries. The form fields themselves are not saved in browser storage. We use short-lived, salted rate-limit identifiers to help prevent spam; raw IP addresses are not saved in the meeting-request database.

Your request is stored on our hosting provider’s infrastructure. Access to the request list is restricted. Our own meeting notifications may include the contact details you submit. Please avoid including sensitive client information in an initial request.

Hosting, fonts, and cookies

This site does not add advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, and page requests, to deliver and protect the website. Fonts on the home page are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the requests needed to provide them. Hosting access controls may use their own authentication cookies.
